KEYNOTE SPEAKER & HOLLYWOOD STUNTMAN
REDEFINING FEAR
Focus on results, commit when it counts, and master the small details that create massive momentum.
Where does your team slow
down when it matters most?
It shows up when there’s uncertainty, pressure, or something on the line - that high-stakes presentation. A difficult conversation.
When a decision becomes make-or-break.
That kind of fear doesn’t announce itself.
It’s subtle, but strong enough to make you stop, overthink it, hesitate, and talk yourself out of it.
And before you know it... the moment’s gone.
This is what stalls growth, kills momentum, and keeps good people from doing their best work.
It happens to all of us.
All the time.
At work. At home. Everywhere.
Fear isn’t felt when nothing’s at risk.
Fear doesn’t disappear when you level up.
You just get better at focusing past it.
We all experience fear in many forms: judgement, failure, rejection, confrontation, change…even the fear of success. And it often shows up in our daily lives as stress, anxiety, worry, doubt, anger, or panic.
This doesn’t mean you’re failing. It’s means you’re human.
For 20 years, Eddie’s managed fear for a living.
Not by eliminating it. Not by pretending it wasn’t there.
He’s been hit by a car. Dangled 60 ft in the air. Blown up. Crashed through glass.
Working on some of the biggest film and television productions in the world— where the pressure is high and his body and livelihood are on the line.
The fear was always there.
The question was never if it showed up.
The question was where he chose to focus his attention when it did.
That’s what Eddie teaches.
“Eddie's spell-binding storytelling is delivered with humility and gratitude, winding his unique personal journey into his amazing story as one of Hollywood's top Stuntmen.”

WHEN THE STAKES ARE REAL, THE ROOM IS WATCHING, AND EVERY INSTINCT IN YOU WANTS TO PULL BACK.
Most of the time, it’s not about effort. It’s about what happens when the pressure hits and people don’t know what to do with it—
Your body doesn’t know the difference between a 30ft fall and a difficult conversation with your boss. The stress response is the same. That feeling in your chest. The elevated heart rate. The racing thoughts—same signal, different platform.
That’s not weakness. It’s how our brains are wired—and wiring can be worked.

MEET EDDIE DAVENPORT
Eddie’s made a career stepping in for actors when the risks were too high.
Running through explosions, getting thrown down stairs, and taking hits that can turn out the lights.
He’s stunt doubled for Hugh Jackman—and for characters like Superman. He’s worked on 140+ episodes of television and some of the biggest film & television franchises in the world.
None of it happened because he was fearless.
It happened because he learned where to focus when it showed up.
That didn’t start on a movie set—it started when he was a kid.
Money was tight. Self-esteem was low.
Riddled with conflict and learning to
push through fear when it showed up.
Because it always shows up.
But fear isn’t a stop sign. It’s a signal.
When you learn to acknowledge the fear, starve it of attention,
and lock your focus on results instead, everything changes.
That's the F.E.A.R. framework.
Focus Energy& Attention on Results.
It’s what got Eddie from that kid to the top 2% of Hollywood stunt performers. And it’s what he teaches teams, leaders, organizations, and individuals—how to handle fear with clarity and control.
